Pernilla is a 3-ply yarn made from 100% wool, sourced from Peruvian highland sheep—a crossbreed between Corriedale and Merino. These sheep graze in the Peruvian highlands, which gives the wool an extra fluffy texture and a beautiful matte finish.

The yarn is worsted spun, resulting in a round and consistent strand. This creates excellent stitch definition, making Pernilla perfect for cables, textured patterns, and stranded colorwork.

Pernilla is suitable for all types of projects—whether knitting or crocheting for both children and adults, and the finished work can be felted.
